Pro Tip

Scanning your documents into PDF format using your phone before you start the online session will save you about 15 minutes.
PDF images are preferred to picture images.


Phase 2: The 30-Minute Online Session

Account Creation

Use parent email. Click verification link sent to inbox.

Start: Click "Enroll A New Student"
Select: Current Year vs Pre-Enrollment (Crucial!)
* Choosing the wrong option may give you an error when entering your student's DOB *

Student Data

Below are images of the Online enrollment.

Input: Student's Name, Student Address, General Student Information, Language Information
Result: Address determines your boundary school.

Parent/Guardian & Emergency Contacts

Provide legal contact information for parents/guardians and emergency pickups.

Parents/Legal Guardians: Enter information for each Parent / Legal Guardian (enter address if different than student's residential address).
Emergency Contacts: List at least 1 emergency contact who is not the Parent / Legal Guardian.
Restrained Individual: List any Restrained individual (Legal Documents must be brought into the school).

Other Required Information

Enter previous school information, required authorizations, documents, surveys.

Submit

Sign electronically and submit online.

Confirm: All data entered for student is correct (edit if necessary).
All required documents have been uploaded (pre-enrollment will not be completed if required documents are missing).
Type your name in the Electronic Signature box and subit



Option 2 : If you have no Computer Access

If you DO NOT have access to a computer. Pick up a Paper enrollment packet from your boundary school as soon as possible. Fill out all pages completely. Schedule a meeting with the school registrar / counseling secretary once everything is filled out and all documents from Phase 1 have been gathered to finalize enrollment. Bring ALL documents from Phase 1 plus the enrollment packet.

  • Enrollment Packet (all pages filled out and Signed)
  • Residency Affidavit (all pages filled out and Signed)
  • 2 Proofs of Residence (1 each from Cat 1 & Cat 2 from the previous month)
  • Student Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, Passport)
  • Parent / Legal Guardian ID (Driver's Licence, Passport)
  • Immunization Records (Proof of current immunization status)
  • Acceptable Use Policy (Signed)
  • Previous School grades (Report Card (7-8th); Transcript (9-12th))
  • Copy of IEP or 504 (If applicable)

What happens next?

Wait for Aeries Email confirmation.

Registrar contacts if documents still missing, send to school as soon as available.
